in order to have a CALI ID card you have to have a social security number.
and in order to have a ss# you either have to be in prosses of fixing your legal status or be a resident or citizen.
i know because i got my Cali ID like 6 months ago lol.

I suffer from anxiety attacks and can't sleep at night. I Don't have a record which i'm not worried about. I've done research and it only helps you more if you do have records. Anyways i useto take my friends ADD pills which help my attacks but keep me up all night. I lost contact with him and really didn't have options. A while back i started smoking everyday and saw it calm me down and i sleep better. The problem is I don't want to get caught since i don't have "one" dealer. Now i'm ready to make an appointment but i'm not a America citizen or resident. Which started to worry me. Is it going to stop me? Is all hope lost or i'm still good. Any advice would be nice. Here in Anaheim. By the way i'm 19 years old.
