    42 days 12/12--help

well its now 42 days 12/12 and i may have to cut two of them down because the yellowing and browning are now going into the budleafs and
no fan leaves or branch fan leaves are left (except for one plant thats losing them fast)
still don't know what happened. last year used same methods and products and got 7 1/4 0z. this year ha ha. so if any one can see something to explain what happened please let me know so next year i avoid this kind of shit. (only do 1 a year)
    used pro-mix potting soil
used an Earth box (without adding the fertilzer strip)
    using 1 150 hps, 1 250 hps, and 3 psuedo 150 cfls(for under the canopy)
started plants outside mid july brought them inside sept 4 direct to 12/12
had a fan blowing into the grow area (2' by 4')
foliar fed a few differant ferts with 3 days water misting between feedings.
ph has been 6.7 to 6.9 everytime i've checked.
this grow looked good for three weeks then went south.
i may have done too much fert? calcium? heat? wet soil? bad soil? i just don't know but hoping someone may see something.
pictures--1st one is last years results after 65 days 12/12, cut down at 70 days.
    2nd is 19 days this year, 3rd and 4th are 29 days, 5th is yesterday 41 days
    any ideas appreciated

First thing.. and this is just me; I would never use a large pot such as the earthbox. I am guessing you put this plant in there from seed and let it go on it's own.

Secondly I would never use a self watering pot such as the earth box; UNLESS I knew I wasn't going to be around very often and even then I would only use the self watering aspect in times that I needed it and hand water the rest of the time.

I am going to guess, despite what your PH reads, that your environment has it's PH gone out of wack.

What method are you using to read the PH of the soil? You are using pro-mix which is peat based soil mix. Peat is acidic by nature and once the dolemite lime is used up in the mixture your soil goes to complete crap.

honestly you need to fill out the troubleshooting form in order for us to give you a more accurate answer; but I believe I'm probably right. Rootbound and PH judging from the pics and symptoms your plants are showing.

Again fill out the troubleshooting form and I'll re-answer.

No exhaust extractor. You NEED one. It's not optional.
pH numbers given of RUNOFF or FERT? Check runoff.
Covering surface of pots that way prevents oxygen getting to the roots. Remove immediately, at least remove the tape.

Foliar feeding is your problem. Don't feed this way - it's not dependable, you don't really know whether it's the right amount. You wrote something about foliar feeding with more than one kind of fert. Why? That's asking for trouble. If you grow in potting soil, one thing you can do to make this work is go with a fert that dissolves in water and just water with the fert/water mix if you want. You can measure pH but I wouldn't worry about that too much. Maybe take the TDS/PPM measure up to about 1200 or so as they grow. I'd stop the foliar. You say the fan leaves have turned brown which is a good indication of either heat stress or too much fert, typically speaking.
