    Are the seeds still good?

I'm sitting there and its straight out of Indiana Jones. My dad reaches under his bed to pull out a dusty mason jar. On the jar is a piece of masking tape that might just pre-date world war 2 and written in pen are the words "Mean Green." In the jar is a bunch of seeds, I mean a lot of seeds. My dad informed me he collected the seeds during his time at war and his travels afterwards. He has seeds from Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia (we were never there right? :P), Jamaica, and various other countries.

    Are these seeds still good?
