what is VC? He lives in Maine and I personally wouldn't worry about it unless you have a lot of them, 10+plants and the copters hover?

Okay so my neighbor told me about 2 years ago when they did a hellicopter grid search I am assuming they were looking for plants. I believe that they are not allowed to fly low under any circumsatances where there is live stock. ( Wondering where I can do a search on this information since I have horses ) I am in Maine and the leaves are still on the trees. They are falling off but we have a ways to go.
