Yeah development as in, Puberty and muscle development and shit. I'm more worried about my height though. I doubt it really even affects anything, Maybe if you smoke two or three times a day but yeah.

I've been researching for like 3 days and the only thing is. A reversible side effect of reduced testosterone levels in males. Meaning it could possibly slow down puberty if you smoke like 2-3 times a day.
