Could it be fan burn? Air flow is good but sometimes plants get a bit pissy about having too much air (especially if it's hot hair) being blown too hard on them.

Here is a link which is useful but before thinking it's a nutrient thing I would fill out the troubleshooting form to get better answers. Might help to get a photo of the whole plant too.

jane's right, that doesn't look like heat stress.
