replanting from hydro to dirt help please!!!

I started in the aerogarden and after reading alot of negative reviews i decided the best thing to do was move into pots.
I went out and bought a good reflector ballast that produces approx.5600 lumens total. Please give me some help on how to do this. BTW my plants are about 3 weeks old. I have just clipped the tops so new growth can form.
