difference between white and black seeds?

There's no difference in the quality of buds, but the white seeds only have like a 75% chance to germ. so use the dark ones first.

No.
White seeds have almost NO chance of germination because they are nowhere near ripe. If they do manage to produce a viable sprout, it will be weak and sickly.

So my dad gave me a bunch of seeds he has from over the years b/c we're going to start growing, and most of them are dark but some are white.
