What is your opinion
One thing you can do to help a lot would be to add some metamucil daily...about 3 times a day. What that does is help to excrete the THC metabolites faster through your stools. When you exercise the fats start burning up. By taking metamucil it directs the fat with THC out of the body through the stools, rather then out through urine.
