Perpetual Groove
I got into pGroove heavily about 3 years ago when I caught their late-night show at Wakarusa and was blown away. They're hit or miss for a lot of people but I really enjoy Brock's guitar playing and his work on the loop.
Managed to see them 5 times so far. I try to catch them whenever they come around here but they usually stick to the south. Their new keyboardist that just joined this summer is definitely a good replacement too. He brings more of the untz which I will never complain about. Caught his first full show at Rothbury in July and loved it.
Check out archive.org and search perpetual groove for literally 300+ recordings of their shows, a lot of which are sbd quality. My favorite show/segment of songs is definitely 4-22-05 - ATEpart1 > Green Tea > So Much for Goodbye > Space Paranoids > TTFPJ.Its a Plant Reviewed by Its a Plant on .
