The plant has used up the nutrients stored as a seedling and now needs to be fertilized. Use 1/4 str and work your way up as the plant gets bigger. The cotlydons are supposed to turn yellow and die out, that's where the energy is stored to get the plant going. It might also be some overwatering since it seems kinda small to be turning yellow already, but the plant might be a heavy feeder.
