Any places in Los Angeles with a smoking lounge?

Hey everyone! Correct me if I am wrong but isn't it illegal to allow consumption on premises? I know according to state you can't smoke within 1k ft of a school, youth, or rec center, not at work or in federal facilities, not where smoking is prohibited, and not while driving or operating a boat. I though a lot of the local regulations banned consumption at dispensaries and collectives though? Does LA ordinance allow smoking on premises or is it just a few clubs that do it anyway? I know near me in santa barbara it is a strict NO-NO! thanks for the info guys! I LOVE THIS SITE!!!

In addition, we are currently teaming with reputable cultivators to educate patients on growing their own medicine for personal use.
Utilizing the expertise of Rodrigo Iglesias, aka the Mad Scientist, THC House is planting seeds in the minds of patients and the community--enlightening the possibilities of freedom from pharmaceuticals and eliminating attachment to diseases, which prevent individual growth.
To open the forum on a true educational platform we are opening our 23 seat theater, with 15 foot movie screen, to open lectures and meetings for the industry, as well as, film screenings, comedy and musical performances, and also hosting multiple medical marijuana activist artists.
