If, I order beans through a well known bank, can I count on bigger beans? An are the genetics of a bean, determined by its size, rather than by its color? How do bigger beans have advantages over a small bean?

The genetics of seeds are determined by the parent plants and the breeder.

Size/color are not major factors.
