No one except some sick puppy is going to spray windex on bud.

I think windex smell means the bud has some mold. Just look at the bud and see if there's mold on it.

You might have something there. Doesn't moldy bud start to smell like ammonia, the active ingredient in windex?

Me and one of my good buds (Lets just call him bob to make things easier) found a really good connection that used to be one of bobs really good friend. We have been going to him a few times and everything was cool. Bob and I really wanted to try some of his really good stuff. He said it was called "Fire". It sure does, pretty strongly. I gotten moldy bud a couple of times in my lifetime and you'll never forget that smell, it's so nasty.

Ok people- I know for sure this is something that happens because I was in rehab a few years ago and they try to make you feel guilty for everything you've ever done. There was a questionnaire about prior practices when getting rid of stuff, and one of the questions was whether you had ever used Windex to make shit look greener or weigh more. So I think the goal for people who do that is to make swaggy shit look a little better. I can't imagine it does much for weight, considering cleaning fluids evaporate really quick.
