When you want to insert a picture, go to the where you want it to be and click the Insert Image icon on the toolbar

Enter the URL of the image and hit enter.

You will now have something like (IMG)HttP:,,,,,mypicture.jpg(/IMG) in you post but with brackets instead of parenthesis. That will be the location of your image in your post.

I uploaded my images to the site, then found the URL of the picture (in Firefox) by viewing it full sized, then "Right Click" the picture => click on "Copy Image Location" to copy the URL (pictures ends in .jpg, .gif, ya know...).
