all my buds dryed out and are now chruncy?

i live in a gated community, of mansions.. so we all share the same backyard which has a lake, sport courts and fields. a pool and a bunch of lil things. i found out someone cut more then 5 inches off the very tip of my plant becuase i would measure it EVERYday so i got scared and just uprooted my plant 6 weeks into flowering.. they also cut about 3 inches from about 4 other spears out of my 21 spears... so i uprooted and i once read if u harvest early its a head high ad if u flower longer its an intense couch high.. so i thought about it and i said a head high is way better then getting all my shit jacked.. so i hung my plant after i trimmed it.. the next day it was alll crunchy and shit like reallly dry.. its my first grow so im not that mad and the seed came in a sack so im chillin.. but will my buds get soft again if i cure them?

seal the bud in an aitight jar with a piece of wet tissue in there, or use a few fresh fan leaves
or even orange peel

take the tissue out next day and cure as normal

Let me guess you dried the bud in the sun? if you did that it wasnt that smart you have to hang dry them in side so the sun doesnt rape them then you cure them in a mayson jar you can also stick a peice of bread or something with moisture in your buds when the sealed in something and it will help bring moisture

use orange peelings or banana i find its gives the bud a banana taste or orange taste
