In some states such as Georgia, failure to comply with the state tax law may result in a nominal misdemeanor penalty. However, in other states such as Minnesota, failure to comply with the stateā??s drug tax law may result in a defendant facing an additional fine of up to $14,000 and seven years in jail.

You'd be seeing alot more "Minnesota's" out there. Pay a lil' for our stamp or spend the time behind bars. I'd GLADLY pay for a stamp right now if I could.

Psycho4Bud Reviewed by Psycho4Bud on . here's an interesting yet useless question.... So my friend and I have been having this heated debate as to whether or not Cannabis would be primarily controlled by big corporations or individual home growers if it was legalized in America. This has been driving me crazy because none of us are able to win the debate and end the stupid thing. So thats why I want several opinions because this debate must end! So what do you guys think? Owned by big corporations or small time growers or maybe both? Rating: 5
