I agree! And it can be even worse... maybe they allow the use of cannabis, but the grow of it be restricted to big industries, (no "permit to grow" for individuals) so people will be forced to buy cannabis from them... as surely they would love to get the money people usually give to dealers... and would be hard to ensure that everyone would be paying the taxes related to their crop size. If people grows stealthly for avoiding jail, why woudlnt they do this for avoiding taxes?
