growing in a public storage facility, is a quick ticket to the jailhouse ... gonna get caught, almost for sure

depends on what state you're in, If you're cultivating less than 100 grams in Ohio its only a civil citation, $100 fine. So if you're gonna do it, just get 10-20 seedlings ready to go outside. I would assume chances of actually producing would go way up rather than just planting seeds outside.
