Darkness question
Hey guys I was wondering how important it is for the plant to be in complete darkness once the light has been turned off during the seedling stage through the veg stage? On a 18/6 light cycle. I was wondering if it would affect plant growth if a CFL light was turned on in my room after the light had gone out for a few minutes so I could get ready for bed. My grow is in my closet which i keep the door open so it doesn't over heat.

Darkness question
I have heard it is definitely less important in the veg phase then the flower. Though with the kind of light stress you are describing it sounds dangerous. It may be better to just close the closet door while you are getting ready for bed and then open it at lights out pillow drooling time.
Light stress vs. Heat stress.
