I just got my denied letter today

just 5 minutes ago,I opened it up and I knew it,DENIED.
The letter said that it made its decision based on my doctor reports.
I have Arthritis in my back and chronic back pain and it said they see no reason why I cannot return to doing work I used to do.....Im so frustrated right now, mostly cause my doctor,He tells me not to walk, because my back is so bust up that it will make it worse, then a month later when he sees my SSI papers,he tells me to go get a job.He writes down that I will be returningto work in 30 days! When I asked him what do I do if my back is still sore,he tells me,we will aim for another 3 months.....
So like I said before,I contacted those "Binder&Binder" guys I saw on TV and they said if the doctor doesnt say I am disabled they cant do anything...is that true?
I have only done work like, warehouse,COnstruction and security,I cant walk around and lift heavy stuff....I dunno what I am gonna do,I have been out of work for over a year and to be honest, how the heck am I supposed to work, when I know I cant walk far or sit for extended periods and all that other stuff.....Sorry for ranting off, but,Im frustrated,My wife just went up to Oregon,I should be moving up there in about 3-4 weeks.....Im runningout of greens and empty pockets.
I would love to have a job and make money,I dont wanna be on a limited income, but I would be working if my back wasnt so sore.

If I appeal this,do I physically have to go to court?Like sit in the chair and put my hand on thebible stuff or can all this be done by sending things in?
I have my xrays and stuff,I want to get another doctor to see me,but I am moving in about a month....should I just wait till I get to Oregon?
    dang it man.

I'm pretty sure your going to need a doctor to back you up. You might want to get a second opinion from a more sympathetic doctor. Good luck man.
And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.
