yeah, use the rose fert. the other will definitely give you nute burn. neither would be great for flowering though.
whoa, whoa, whoa... $100/eighth? damn man, that's outrageous. hope it was REALLY fat and REALLY good. i've never paid more than $60 and eighth, and thats usually from the "white" family (white rhino, white widow, white russian) which is some of the most potent stuff around. had a buddy who paid $70 for light of jah but i never got to try it.

the soil i am using is
Miricle Grow Potting Soil w/ Continious Feed plant food. N-0.21%,P-0.07%,K-0.19% - Do u think i should still add the rose fert or hold off on them. I am deffentily gonna get sum money for the flowering. The weed i got to smoke sum for free so no $$$ out of my pocket. I rather put $ into growing it and smoking it for free

First CFL Grow (Help Appreciated) Pics Included Well after reading for months, I decided that the CFL Method would probally be the easier and Cheapest way to go. My Setup as is Follow 4 - 26w CFLs 1 - 62w CFL 180w @ 12000- 12500 Lumens 1:1 Ration or Cool to Warm I have Most of the lighting no more than 8 inches away from the New Plant. The seed is just from a Good sack that i purchased from a good man. Nothing like WHITE widow or anything crazy but good High high Mid Bud. Its in a Gun Case(L=3ft W=2ft H= 6ft) with glass sliding Rating: 5

hold off until they start to show they need it. if it was free, thats better. and kudos to putting your money into the setup. i'm doing that too and hopefully will get a point of perpetual harvest.

I need to start topping my plants and make look like urs. that would be the most perfect shape and size for my veg and flowering boxes.

Well Thank You! I am usin 2 65Watt 4100k Lights, 2 26w Blue 6500k CFL. 2 26w 3000k bulbs and 1 single 13w 3000k Bulb

plan to get the 20$ 150 HPS lamp for flowering or maybe 2 of them

Hey Swish I just wanted to stop by and say "NICE GROW". Since I am growing a 100% indica (which is what yours looks like) I had a couple of questions if you don't mind:

1) Is that baby really 28 days old? She's huge!
2) How many times did you top?
3) How's your light penetration?

I'd like my plant to look like that, it'd be perfect for my situation!

1)Yes first sign of soil penetration was on 10/4/08 Check the date on my girst log i think it was 3 days old or sumthing.

2) I topped once on accident on first LST Attempt. I have "tried" to supercrop(ill post pic later today), it slowed alot and now it has 2 new fucked up shoots coming. Other than that i just tied down anything that was growing faster than the rest. and to keep it a bush not a giant.

3)hmm. I say moderate. I have 4 26w and 1 13w on the top of it Pretty close to the top. I have 2 65w on each side of the plant. So i suppose its decent. I think ima gonna purchase the 20$ HPS 150w Lamp on Tuesday and Use that plus the 2 65W for flowering.

hey swisha looks good to me i am growing pure cfl too. i got six 23 watt cfls which aint bad. i started with 4 palnts but only have i female out of the four. im like 2 weeks into flowering lookin pretty good. good luck to ya and me.

Yeh Hope Mine is a Female =(. if not i wont be discouraged, i only will try again with 10 plants instead of 1 =) just really trying to get a good feel and setup growing. I am improving everyday with more i read. So good luck to you and good luck to me :jointsmile:

Hey swish - she is looking very nice and bushy! Do you have limited grow space because she looks like a monster haha!

When do you plan on throwing her into flowering?
