Small plant leaf pic, looks blurry and miner-y but indoors I'm going with THRIPS. You can spray with any vegetable safe spray that has pyrethrin as an active ingredient.

Stinky ,you helped me earlier on with the thrips and I have been neeming them, but i thought the signs of thrips were different .
Is it too late to use pyrethrin? ... they are a couple weeks in bud
I have a pest strip in the veg room now(resin vaporizer strip with dichlovos insecticide):stoned: ,will that get rid of them? if so, can it be used in bud room? and till when?
Heres a pic of one of the leaves .some leaves are like that all over.
