hey, I'm not familiar with this forum so forgive me if this is not an appropriate question. I have a buddy who grows and is helping me set up my room but isn't going to hold my hand along the way. ...he grows using the SOG technique and after designing my room (on paper) I'm trying to find out info on Sea of green. I'm having trouble because everything on SOG assumes that you basic knowledge about growing buds and i have none.

can anyone point me in the direction of a SOG resource that explains everything there is to know? basically like rhizome's thread about building a grow room but for SOG.
