No. NOW the polls have meaning as we get inside 4 weeks to the election. Polls can change quickly, so if you are very far out, it doesn't mean a whole lot. But as we get closer, the gap keeps widening in Obama's favor, and I think that has meaning.

McCain is now in panic mode because of the polls. He has started to run some very nasty irrelevant ads in order to try to strip voters off of Obama or drive down the turnout. McCain knows that it is pretty much too late to attract voters to himself, so he is going negative on Obama instead of talking positively about himself. It's always sad when the desperate candidate goes this way, and the whole camnpaign veers into mudslinging.

Well, like you say, we will see in November. I am predicting a decisive Obama victory!
