Wrap your clear planters with duct tape to darken the root zone.
Are you watering with bottled drinking water, distilled water, or what? That looks like a water problem. At the very least, you are giving too much water.

Do you have drainage in all your pots, and a nail hole is not drainage? MELT holes in the low corners of plastic containers with a lighter, at least 1/3" in diameter, to get oxygenation to the root zone.

Low yellowing is normal- to a point. That weird dark blotching may be related to physical damage; I see the leaf shape is wrong as well and that is a clue. Did it ever come into contact with the light source?

I'm watering with distilled water. It has a ph of 6 but I use general hydroponics ph up to adjust it to around 6.5 The plant with the dark blotches is next to the intake fan and dryed out faster than the rest of the plants. It's leaves were dry and droopy then I watered last night and they perked up. There is a lot of big drainage holes in all of the plants containers.

Okay here's a problem. Distilled water doesn't actually have a pH that matters, because the ionic strength is VERY low. It also contains no calcium.
Unless you have a compelling reason to believe your tap water is about as good quality as shit on a stick (=you wouldn't even cook with it lol), it's safer for your plants than distilled water. If you like the idea of total control using distilled water, you have to add calmag plus to it to return minerals that the plants need. Calcium def can cause yellowing and blotches, and make the plant susceptible to diseases, so you can't get around using it. Tap water usually has plenty of Ca for platns.

Once you change your water source, your life will be MUCH easier. Your plants actually look good; they have probably been feeding off the lime in the soil up until now. Lime is also a calcium source, but generally only used to stablilize packaged or home-mixed soils.

Yes I have a water softener in my house which adds sodium to the tap water so it's not good at all. How much of the calmag plus should I add per gallon and how often show I water with it?

Oh, and I'm using fox farms ocean fresh dirt and fox farms nutes. Per the companies instructions I've only fed them once so far using grow big and big bloom. I used half the dosage they recommend and still I noticed that one plant got a little burned on the tips of the new growth. Plants are on their 17th day.

Remember FFOF is pre-fertilized at the factory so you use less liquid fert.
Okay, there should be instructions on the back of the bottle of CalMag for the volume per gallon you will use in your water. Of you could use your 'hard water' before the softener, if the issue is simply a high mineral content.
