Sorry about that, I got confused about a post asking if it was B12 or B2 (it's in the sticky thread). I made sure I bought a supplement with both there's 50mg on here so I am good to go...

the drink has no fiber in it whatsoever, just creatine monohydrate and sugar. I didn't think I needed a fiber pill anyway, as I have IBS and go #2 about 5 times a day anyway (tmi i know, but thought I would give an explanation)

I did not have time to load up on creatine. :( anyway, I am wondering how much B12 I need. I bought CVS brand B-50 supplement - it says it has 50mcg per tablet. I read the instructions in the sticky but I'm a little confused - am I supposed to take 10 times the daily dose (10 pills) or 10 times the daily recommended value? btw, it says it has 833% of daily recommended value.
