I'm using the dilution method in about 8 hours. I could use my sons pee but I am nervous about temp.. I did not have time to load up on creatine.
anyway, I am wondering how much B12 I need. I bought CVS brand B-50 supplement - it says it has 50mcg per tablet. I read the instructions in the sticky but I'm a little confused - am I supposed to take 10 times the daily dose (10 pills) or 10 times the daily recommended value? btw, it says it has 833% of daily recommended value. I am not sure if they are time release.. it does not say..

also, my hubby got me a "drink" - he swears by them.. and has passed several DOT tests with them using the same lab I have to go to.
I planned on using the drink as well.. mostly to placate him. Is this a bad idea? sorry for all the ?'s
please reply quickly if you can. I don't have much time!

It's B-2 not B-12!

RDA of B-2 is 1.7 mg so take enough that gets you 10 mg or higher. Most B supplements have 25 mg, most daily vitamins have 1.7 mg. Taking a lot won't hurt you but it can upset your stomach.

Color isn't that important unless it is an instant test.

If the drink has a lot of fiber in it, go for it. Remember its volume during dilution.

Sorry about that, I got confused about a post asking if it was B12 or B2 (it's in the sticky thread). I made sure I bought a supplement with both there's 50mg on here so I am good to go...

the drink has no fiber in it whatsoever, just creatine monohydrate and sugar. I didn't think I needed a fiber pill anyway, as I have IBS and go #2 about 5 times a day anyway (tmi i know, but thought I would give an explanation)

If I were you and it was possible to get handwarmers I would probally take your kids pee. All you do is put it in a small container (maybe a pill jar) put the handwarmer on it for a at least a half hour (like the ride over or what not) and it should come to temp because you could be taking a risk with all those supplements. Just wanted to offer you another idea if you were feeling unsure. Well best of luck!!!!!!!!!

Well I followed the dilution technique to a T and also subbed a "drink" for part of the water/liquids and today they called me - I came back negative but diluted. They want me to re-test TODAY. GREAT!!!! ugh... And I smoked last night! I am seriously thinking about subbing my son's pee now but I'm so scared to try to do that. Plus he is at school now anyway and I'd have to go pick him up early just to get him to pee. WHAT DO I DO NOW!? The lady stands right outside the stall (it's like a bathroom stall half-door). She doesn't look in but she can hear everything and I'm scared to death I'll drop the container that the pee is in or something like that and she'll hear it and I'll fail. Does anyone know where they sell synthetic urine (like in a store)? The head shops here only sell the drinks.

I'm freaking out right now.

Go and get quickfix at a smoke shop, this is synthetic urine. Costs about 30 dollars where I'm at. Use the handwarmer technique. Do this and you'll be all good, don't sweat it. It's easy.

If the shops in your town dont stock synthetic urine, then your only other option is ordering online. Do a search for synthetic urine on google.com.
