New Rules For Washington
Washington Laws > Montana Laws (NO MORE than 6 Plants TOTAL per patient, and NO MORE than 1 oz of product per patient)
TC42o Reviewed by TC42o on . New Rules For Washington The new rules have been set. Pretty poor as we all expected. The oddest part of the new rules is"The rule also removes the requirement for a doctor to provide written documentation for a patient to exceed the limit in the rule." So what they are saying is you can grow as much as you want. Makes no sense. And you can't generate 24 ounces finished product in 2 months with 15 plants.5 for cloning,5 for vegging and 5 for flowering. How can you get 5 plants to produce 12 ounces per month? c/p Rating: 5

Legislature shot down the modified bill this year... it raised the #s to 6 flower and 8 veg and 3 oz per patients... we'll try again in 2 years i guess
Good luck though on getting it right in WA
I like how if a patient needs more they have the ability to grow more under your laws.

Now if we could just get the cops to understand the law. Things would go better. Plus we still need to pass some sort of legislation to allow dispensaries.
