So I have a metal file cabinet deminsions 18"D X 14"W X 24"H I took out the bottom of the top drawer. I have (2) 42 watt CFL lights mounted to a power strip with socket adapters that i can raise and lower as needed. I dont plan on putting in fans because this has to be stealth as it is in my storage room off the balcony of my apartment. The cabinet is not air or light tight but the room its in is.

How many micro grow plants can i grow in this space it will hold (4) 6" pots?
How can i control odor with out getting charcoal scrubbers and such?
