I live in California and I am considering trying to use MMJ to help with some pain. My concern is that I will end up in some database somewhere. Do the "perscriptions" or recommendations get tracked or sent to the government in any way?

i'm licensed in nevada and we have a photo id registration card that looks very similar to our driver's license and is also handled through DMV...so yes, i'm sure there is. but after 4.5 years of legal med use here i know of only one med use person (former) that has had legal troubles and he pretty much asked to be busted (google "pierre warner" to see what i mean).
