CO2 and ventilation Question.
Personnally I will go with 350 CFM, the room has 630 cubic feet with the 156 CFM fan it will take about 4 minutes to exhaust the whole room (and I'm not taking any restriction, from the filter, in consideration). The 350 CFM will exhaust the room in 1.8 min, way better.

With a good air flow you should be all right without having to add any Co2.
