So the attorney i saw basically said theres a 99% chance this will never be put into "the system", i may get a letter for a preliminary hearing (which with defense i could plead not guilty, get community service or a fine and nothing would be put on my record).

The thing i have to worry about though is if the cops tell the school. since it has its own set of rules thats where i could really get screwed. Im just hoping that enough time has passed where they wont do anything about it to prosecute for 1.5g especially since it may be decriminialized next month.

By the way that wouldnt be retroactive, so i could still be in as much trouble if question 2 passes if anyone was wondering like i was.

Luckily he let me off, but with a catch. A narcotics unit is going to call me in a few days and they want the name of a drug dealer and possibly some other information. Its my guess that if i dont give them satisfactory info, i will be charged with possesion.
