Mass Question 2 retroactive?

thank you, youve been more than helpful and i took your advice to go to the student legal center. I am seeing a lawyer tomorrow to ask a few questions that should have me feeling better.

So the attorney i saw basically said theres a 99% chance this will never be put into "the system", i may get a letter for a preliminary hearing (which with defense i could plead not guilty, get community service or a fine and nothing would be put on my record).

The thing i have to worry about though is if the cops tell the school. since it has its own set of rules thats where i could really get screwed. Im just hoping that enough time has passed where they wont do anything about it to prosecute for 1.5g especially since it may be decriminialized next month.

By the way that wouldnt be retroactive, so i could still be in as much trouble if question 2 passes if anyone was wondering like i was.

Anyway thanks for all the help here, with this advice and that of an attorney im feeling much better.
