advice about nutrients and fans

I started growing 19th sept and was thinking about adding nutrients from 10 oct onwards. Is this to early? Also should I already be using a fan in my setup or wait another week?

generally start to fert when you see 3-5 true sets of serrated leaves. the age of the plant should be pretty close to fert. always start out weak when fertilizing young plants
its always good to have a fan, helps promote stronger stems and gets co2 to the leaves better than them sitting still

ya a fan on my grow in a little secluded room got helped tremendously just because a little double fan that pushed air around and by the leaves of the plants and a box fan bringing old air out and get it circulated also all I ever used was miracle gro nutes from wal mart cause that's all thats around here and but i just put them in flowering a week ago and i'm hopefully realistically expecting them to be done by christmas at least drying
