that's what this is, lol

to attach photo's, after you type any text you want to post, scroll down below
the 'Submit Reply'\'Preview Post' buttons until you see 'Additional Options'
it's in that box where you'll find a button marked 'Manage Attachments'.
click that and you can post your pics the usual way.

you can also just look above the text you just typed and click the paperclip
which should also bring up the dialog box to attach pics
