the 'Submit Reply'\'Preview Post' buttons until you see 'Additional Options'
it's in that box where you'll find a button marked 'Manage Attachments'.
click that and you can post your pics the usual way.

you can also just look above the text you just typed and click the paperclip
which should also bring up the dialog box to attach pics
