I'm curious why you'd mist after pollination. If it's an attempt to control pollen, you still have it floating around the growroom, landing on all surfaces....swirling-around every time you walk by or every time your fans hit it. If care isn't taken when pollinating in your growroom, you'll risk unwanted cross-pollination weeks down the road with a different crop. Either pollinate elsewhere, or be much more careful. (fans off, lights off or raised)

Number one rule of breeding...be patient and diligent.
Number two rule...be patient and diligent.
Do you know much about back-crossing to stabilize strain traits? If not, I'd look into it before you risk stripping all the goodness out of your retail strains thru poor breeding selections. At the very least...I'd breed and stabilize (back cross) the individual retail strains, and keep those seeds well-marked and seperate from your experiments. Generally...once you screw-up with cross-breeding...there's no fixing your errors.
