I can't seem to rep anyone who I have ever repped previously. It keeps popping up the message of needing to spread more rep around before giving it to _____ again. Is it set REALLY high, such as needing to rep more than 10 different people before going back to another or something? Because I must have gone through about 7-8 different people in between and now I can't seem to rep people who have been very helpful. :wtf:
