I agree the Dems aren't much better then the Republicans, but at least they tell you what bullshit they're going to pull. I'm so tired of the lies. You would think these 10 million people that keep electing Republicans on the abortion issue would see that after 5 Republican Supreme Court Appointments *strengthening* abortion rights, the Republicans just sold them a bunch of lies.

You say both parties have the same boss. I agree. But in another sense, the boss is us, the people. They can't get elected without us. If people would pay attention to the facts instead of the campaigns maybe they'd vote a little wiser.

My own feelings on abortion are that, the fact is, the birth control pills a lot of these religious conservatives take have the secondary effect of preventing implantation as a "second defense" anyway... so they probably have technically aborted before without even knowing it. I can understand supporting bans on later term abortions because that is just brutal considering how developed the baby is and that there is a good chance (s)he can feel pain, etc.. But if someone wants to take a birth control pill or a morning after pill or something like that, within weeks of finding out... I would think it would have to be more obvious at that point for the gov't to insist life has begun and intrude on their bodily privacy.

But anyway, I agree on the spirituality issue. Respect for life and children is a great thing. My main point is that people keep buying these lies the "pro-life" Republicans sell them. Why not just vote Democratic so you know what you're getting? Or vote third party for someone who seems to have it more right, like Ron Paul. These people keep voting for a proven lie.

I just don't get it. I get the feeling some of them even know it is a lie, but they feel so strongly about abortion they just have to vote for the candidate who says the right words even if they know it is a lie. How sad.

Buzz words bullshit, none of them ever fix that fucking country! Obama's a CFR bitch, and McCain is Bush's bitch, I smell a new world

What's the story with everyone thinking Barack is the new JFK?
Yes, he went to the same places and copied his speech, it's so transparent.
He wont change anything, he'll just make America's problems even more global and invade Pakistan after the 'muslim' boogey men.

As for abortion, it's a big issue here too. It's not about making it legal or not, it's about spirituality, people dont even know they would love their kid or someone would, just dont kill it!

Sex isnt about recreation...ah, there's so many layers to the world's problems. They fucked us from every angle!
jsn9333 Reviewed by jsn9333 on . Republican Empty Talk Continues to Sway the Gullible Please correct me if I'm wrong. But another area (there are many) where Republicans say the right thing to get conservative and Christian votes but then do nothing is abortion. Sure, all the Republican campaigns say they are "pro-life". Yet the three Supreme Court Justices "pro-life" presidents Reagan and Bush-1 appointed all voted to *uphold* Roe v. Wade in Casey v. Planned Parenthood (Justices O'Connor, Souter, and Kennedy I believe). And the two Justices Bush-2 appointed have both Rating: 5
