Male plants can produce trichs, but are less potent than females. Your best male is about equal to your worst female.

Dear, you must watch those run-on sentences. They make understanding exactly what you mean, difficult. I believe that you are asking about what is referred to as a "hermie"- a female plant with (hopefully only) a few male flowers scattered here and there. They are genetic- hermies beget hermies. Stress can cause a seeminly normal plant with the hermie trait to go hermie, so it is likely you need to do a bit of reading in the grow section.

Most folks kill hermies because the "market" hates buying heavy seeds at a few hundred dollars an ounce! There is a slight loss on potency, but trichs are already there before the seeds form.

If you are just growing a single plant for personal consumption- no big deal. Let her grow to harvest....and better luck next time. I wouldn't advise using the seeds to grow your next crop, since a high % will hermie on you.

When you harvest your seedy pot, let it get very dry and grab that big wire mesh strainer we all have in the kitchen. Then rub the pot through it to a waiting plate. Seeds stay in the strainer, finely flaked pot falls to the plate. Add a few drops of water to the pot, bag it, let sit a bit and it's ready for smoking or vaping (do a search on it).
