u weight lift three days a week and ur 5'10, 140? think u might need to hit the weights a lil harder bro and eat more....but thats besides the point... but daily habitual usage can be detected for a while like 63 days from what ive heard but it just all depends.... all i can tell u to do is drink alot of water keep running a lot and sweat hopefully you'll pass whenever u need to... I stopped smoking 36 days ago and was a daily user for at least two almost three years and i failed a drug test for a job the other day (day 32 of being off the pot) and i work out daily, sweat alot and id say my metabolisms pretty good,but i weigh 190 at ur height so its probly a different story for me. Most ppl say a month but obviously that wasnt the story for me so good luck!
