LabCorp Chain of Custody
I will answer my own question from my recent experience. If you look around you will find labs that accept the Chain of Custody form. Just call them. Sometimes this is the way to go since these labs dont deal with drug screening all the time and thus are a little more lenient. They also wont be as crowded. The lab I chose had no blue toilet water, did not care if I flushed or washed my hands and did not make me empty my pockets. They collected the urine and had LabCorps courier come and pick it up. They also actually didnt charge me and I was told Labcorp would charge the employer. I also found out that certain Hospitals will accept the forms also. A hospital lab is such a busy place, they could care less if you cheat or not. Oh yeah obviously I was able to Sub with no issues whatsoever.
