Is this bad?

Well I've come to the conclusion that I am a pothead. In other words I am addicted to pot. I think the reason why its so appealing to me is the fact that its relatively harmless for you as opposed to other drugs. Anyway its been about two years on and off smoking due to having to get drug tested randomly and now that I have finally completed the program I can freely smoke whenever I want to, so you see after 2 years of being scared to smoke pot you can understand why I would have such a keen desire to smoke senselessly. And thats precisely my problem. I can't stop thinking about smoking pot! I've been able to limit myself from smoking every single day to only 3 times a week (night time only) but in spite of this I can't hide from this strong desire to smoke pot. I mean even if I just quit for the rest of my life I think I would still have this urge to place a joint in my mouth. And I know a lot of people are saying just give it time and you'll forget about it but damnit....I went an entire semester without smoking pot and even during the latter half of that time I still had the desire. So I'm asking my fellow Cannibis users, should I continue to fight this urge or should I just smoke every day like I used to(under the condition that its at night when all my work is done so as to not interfere with it)? I mean its not like anything bad was happening when I was smoking. I just want to not smoke as much because I feel its degrading my health as well as the weight of my wallet. But don't get me wrong its not like I'm a complete junkie to the point where I have no money and I place pot first....its just this desire is killing me!

well i wouldnt say you are addicted because you can easily control your actions. I mean hell, I havent smoked for 4 weeks and i think about cannabis 24/7. You think about things you enjoy just as football fans think about football all day.
Im not gonna lie if i had the money and it didnt interfere with my social/business life then id smoke everyday. Enjoy it, tommorrow could be your last day:rastasmoke:
