NORTH CAROLINA im from virginia and by far north carolina is the best place to live.

The people are the most friendly people, southern states are the best, southern hospitality.

Virginia is a "southern state" but has so much Northern influence from D.C that it doesnt feel like one.

I am not a redneck or someone who is like "THE SOUTH WILL RISE AGAIN" just southern hospitality is like nothing else.
