Hey guys. I'm doing a project similar to the OP. Currently have 11 4-6 inch tall babies growing under 4 cfls (2 cool, 2 warm), they're doing great (my thread is on this page somewhere if anyone wants a look) and I had some questions for you experts:

I want to start doing a SoG, I only have 4 bulbs, I can probably add a max of 6-8. The dimensions of my box are as follows:

Width: 1 foot 2 inches (Front to back)
Length: 2 feet 1 inch (Left to right)
Height: 2 feet 6 inches(This is with my lights as high as possible, not the box itself)

I don't exactly have a hundred bucks to blow on a 250 HPS bulb, nor do I plan to anytime soon (buy one that is).

I'm pretty stoked on the SoG technique and would love to do it using 4-8 clones at a time. Is this a good idea? I'm new to growing and I'm reading every little site I come across, (some of it is just duped info from other sites, I have to say) and I have yet to find out weather SoG is right for my box and lighting conditions.

Embryonic leaves are gone and the first pair of non-true leaves is yellowing, in a pot of 4 1/2 in. I just started LSTing her the other day; using ghetto ass hooks from a hangar. She's not as big as I've hoped, and there's been some yellowing (the dark green true leaves are fine)-I think it has a nitrogen defficiency. I was thinking of going to get some peat moss to add to boost her up (no nutes given to her Rating: 5
