yikkkkes its grtting cold i see some 0s in the forcast how many frost can my plant take and if it gets frost dose that mean i have to pull it it needs at least 2-3week it is just starting to swell oh man this sucks! if i put garbage bag over it it will be to noticeble from naibers any sugrstions woud be great.p,s i live by toronto ont just in case you were wandering what area she is growing maby some locals can tell me what thy do when this happens to them. thanks again and rememember PUFF PUFF PASS!!

Iamin the exact same situation as you are~!!! Man oh Man~!! I have 2-3 more weeks to go on some of my plants and YESA the buds are FINALLY starting to swell. I am looking at low 30's on Saturday and Sunday. I would normally cover but now I am reading it could get into the 20"s whcih would freeze the plants. If that happens I don't know what I will end up with...possibly mush....I have come too far to allow this to happen. I have a full moon tonight. I am in Maine. I am thinking that I will just have to harvest early and hope for the best.....But I hear you on how it sucks especially when you are seeing bud swellage.
Maybe we should both Pray together. Do you have pic's???

I did notice today that I can harvest 2 of my plants...I have one big one that has all purple buds it is beautiful. I hate to harvest it early but it is better then losing it all in the end then I would feel like killing myself ( LOL )

I live in the mountains of TN and have early frost and freeze here- I take river cane pole and make a teepee around plants and wrap plants in a sheet- this will keep cloth from touching buds and create a warm enviroment for them - I take sheet off shortly after the sun rises- a lot of work to do at sunset and rise but I have extended my grow time by a month doing this

I live in Minnesota and we had a hard frost last night. I've been covering my last one with a plastic bag. Made it thru the nite. I have extended my grow time this way too. Checking each day for tricomes. Starting to get cloudy!. I'm afraid I'm going to have to harvest her tonight though.

i had to harvest yesterday before the rain came and its a good thing i did we got a lot of rain.she flowerd for a good 9 weeks so it should be good i have pics in my grow log. i dont know how to creat link to it but if you look for wishpotwaslegal grow log you can see my pics from begining to end.thanks for stoping by

Man that bums me out I did not harvest yesterday and we got rain last night and all day today. We are getting sunshime tomorrow so I have to let them go another night so they dry out tomorrow before I harvest.....will the rain ruin my THC?
