Then I proceeded with a "yes" and we started talking. He asked if I had any wraps. Then he was like if you do i'll roll one up..I didn't want to beacuse i was paranoid of the circumstances. Then he tells us that he sells an eight of medical marijuana for $45. I thought that was pretty cheap so i took his number down. I'm afraind to call Rating: 5

its sounds safe to me, if he was a pig he wouldnt have asked for a wrap, if you had one you could legally give him a wrap, he would then have to roll a blunt or joint, then he would have to spark it up, so unless your someone notorious i dont think the police are going to go through such a elaborate set up (in which the cop would have to smoke) to bust someone who may or may not call them to buy an eigth at a later time and committ a simple misdemenor, then you most likely at most just pay a fine or get some light probation.
