new burn at the end?
what should i do i am 4 weeks from harvest and showing signs of heavy nute burn due to some testing, should i flush then just go with straight water or flush the go back to reg feeding for 2 more weeks? i am a little puzzled here because i dont know how much nutes are left in the soil, does taking a EC reading from run off tell me anything? ADVICE go easy with strawberry cough

new burn at the end?
I'd flush, and then water with 1/4 strength nutrients. Proceed from there....

If you want to flush by the EC, then flush until the EC out is not too much higher than the EC in, and at the correct pH (2nd link in my sig I think, the chemistry one), and then feed IMMEDIATELY at 1/4 strength . Next feeding, go back to your normal feed schedule and then start a regular pre-harvest flush one week from choppytime if you feel you need it. That's your call, but I'd do at least just plain water the last week even if you don't do a final flush.

No problem! EC is a useful tool but for a soil grower it's not super important. Kinda like a fancy bread mold; it's nice to have one but you can bake a loaf in a damn flower pot! lol! (Wash the dirt and roots out first...)
