Not an expert, but I am on my first run and had 5 girls under a 200 watt cfl with no co2. They came out good, vegged em for like 7 weeks waiting to get my flower chamber done. They were about 2 1/2 ft. I would think that is an adequate setup for vegging. Like I said, not an expert, but thought I'd chime in for ya.

Change your light cycle to 18 hours on and 6 off. you will get more dry product at the end. Are you in dirt? If you are you are over watering?

The plant in the pic are you doing anything different to this one? If not flush it out with 4X's as much water as the pot container size is big, and then wait till its dry to water it again.

I'm fairly new to this also but I would say you need more light. I think the 150W MH is a good start with about 11,000 lumens. But it depends on the size of your area. How many square feet do you have? I think a 400W is good for 3x3 or 4x4. From what I have read you should have somewhere between at least 3000 to 5000 lumens per square foot. A cheap light meter helped me to understand how well your lights are really working. Check how much light you have at the tops of your plants and how much as you get closer. And keep them as close as possible without hurting them. Add some CFL's to your mix and it would help out, but they need to be close to the plants for best use. But your grow area looks really nice. Looks like you did a nice job with it.

There's a web site called 1000bulbs.com. They have much larger CFL's than you can buy at your local store and any other bulbs you might need. What are those reflectors that I see on the walls? you could put those closer to the plants. Maybe make three sides around them. What are you using for fert's?

If you put those mirrors up next to you plants with the light right over them you will make your grow area smaller and better use of your lighting. You would be surprised how quickly the reading gets the further away you are from the bulb. With my CFL's I try to keep them about 1 to 2 inches away from the bulb when I can. The good light travels at lot further using HID lights. Do you have a fan blowing on them and good ventilation? Miracle Grow is ok but doesn't have all the stuff that you need. I have used Advanced Nutrients and I am happy with them. When I started hydro the MG was no good by itself. And when I changed the water mix to Advanced nutes my problem went away. I just started to try Fox Farm nute's because I really like there soil mix's, way better looking than the MG stuff. Great stuff imo. I saw the Beasty bloom on another site and they seem to like it. I don't know how they use it though. But keep it simple until you do a lot of reading about nute's. Then you have the choice of organic or chemical nute's or a mix of both. Lot's to read about. keep your area as clean as you can(and I'm not one to talk). Move those empty containers out if you can. Try not to use your grow area for storage. Having said that I better remember not to post any pics of my grow area.
