I have tried 5MeO-DMT and a variety of other Research Chemicals such as 2C-I, 2CT-2, 2CT-7, and 5MeO-AMT.

Of all the ones I have tried 2C-I is probably the best.

Anyway about 5MeO-DMT, it occurs naturally in the Bufo Alfirus Toad and was used by Shaman for Spiritual enlightenment.

I do not know where you heard all this great stuff, as for me it was a bit of a letdown, far too short in duration, still very interesting though. The most common method of taking it is by smoking. I just used a piece if aluminium foil, with a indent pushed into it and put the powder/crystals on there, the stuff is incredibly strong and you only need 5-10 milligrams per hit. Then I lit the underside of the foil and the powder turns to liquid then smoke starts to pour off it, you need to inhale all the smoke, I used a straw for this, worked pretty good and hold it in as long as you can. The effects are almost instantaneous and are very hard to explain. It is very simliar to DMT, but there are hardly any visuals, apart from a strange shimmering. The feeling overcomes your brain and body and is intense to say the least, but soon subsides, within half an hour you are pretty much back in reality.

IMO the best of all these Alexander Shulgin synthesised chemicals is definately the 2C analogues. Of these I would say 2C-I is the most enjoyable, perfect for going out partying , etc. 2C-T2 and T7 were far more intense visually.
